My mum bought this digicam something like three weeks ago and she`s absolutely satisfied. She wasn`t sure about getting it first since she isn`t very well versed in technical stuff like computers, cameras etc. I finally convinced her to get this Pentax model as I know it is a good one. This camera is very user-friendly and there are plenty of helpful scene modes to ensure the camera is set up correctly for every situation. Other than previous Pentax models it has Panorama-Function, Movie Edit and Image Recovery. With its 8.0 Megapixel and 5x optical zoom it makes superb quality pics with great color contrast. 'Shake Reduction' helps to get clear shots and videos. Thanks to the extended zoom range, compact dimensions and its light weight it is ideal for travelling, too. The camery itself is small but still handy and not too tiny. It is available in classic silver and a selection of other attractive colours. Even the price is alright. My mum spent 145$. What more would one want? I can only recommend this camera. |
